These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dreamscape mobile application ("Dreamscape", "App"), operated by Pineapple Software LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Dreamscape, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Dreamscape is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Dreamscape provides AI-powered dream interpretation, dream visualization, dream journaling, and sleep-related content such as sounds and music. Some features are available for free, while most require an active paid subscription.

3. AI and Entertainment Disclaimer

Dream interpretations, visualizations, and insights generated by Dreamscape are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be considered, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind.

You should not rely on Dreamscape for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any mental health or medical condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Dreamscape offers auto-renewing subscription options on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms and policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

5. No Accounts and Data Storage

Dreamscape does not currently require account creation or login. All dream entries and related data are stored locally on your device.

Deleting the App or reinstalling it may permanently delete all locally stored data, including dream entries and history. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI systems, or use the App for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, text, graphics, and software used in Dreamscape are owned by or licensed to Pineapple Software LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of Dreamscape is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can review it at /privacy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Dreamscape at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dreamscape is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its AI outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineapple Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of Dreamscape.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dreamscape after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
