This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from Dreamscape, the AI-powered dream companion app operated by Pineapple Software LLC.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email us at support@usedreamscape.com. Include any relevant details (such as the email address or device associated with your subscription) so we can identify your records. We will process your request and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What Data We Store and Delete

Dreamscape stores only subscription-related data necessary to provide and manage your subscription. When you request deletion, we remove:

  • Your device ID
  • Subscription type (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
  • Subscription start date
  • Subscription expiration date

Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

What Data We Do Not Store

Dreamscape does not store your dream entries or any dream-related content you enter in the app. Dream journal data, interpretations, and visualizations remain on your device only and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Retention

We retain subscription data only for as long as necessary to provide the subscription service and to comply with applicable legal obligations (such as tax or accounting requirements). Once you request deletion, we will remove your data promptly, typically within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period but will not be used for any purpose.
